While it does generate glorious harmonic content, the Harmonic Booster is decidedly a low-gain, "clean" preamplifier that allows you to add life to your bass tone without losing punch or definition. Attack and presence are emphasized, and the parametric mid-band EQ makes it simple to add girth and punch too.
