The Gibson Custom Shop ES-335 1959 Reissue in Natural from the Murphy Lab Ultra Light Aged series delivers an exceptionally authentic recreation of one of the most iconic semi-hollow guitars ever made. Crafted with historically accurate construction techniques, this model features a laminated maple/poplar/maple body paired with a solid maple center block for enhanced sustain and reduced feedback. The Murphy Lab Ultra Light Aging treatment provides subtle checking and light patina, giving the guitar the look and feel of a carefully preserved vintage original without excessive wear. Equipped with Custombucker Alnico III pickups, this ES-335 produces warm, articulate tones with rich harmonics and dynamic responsiveness, perfect for everything from jazz and blues to classic rock. The 1959 rounded neck profile offers a comfortable, substantial grip, while the natural finish highlights the beautiful figured maple top and back.
