Featuring solid Indian rosewood back and sides paired with a four-piece Adirondack spruce top, the Builder’s Edition 814ce Blacktop delivers a versatile tone profile with a lush overtone response, pristine trebles and a warm bass range.
Inside, our V-Class bracing architecture supercharges the response with louder volume and longer sustain, complementing the commanding power of the Adirondack top. Comfort-enhancing design touches include chamfered edges and a seamless beveled armrest with a matching cutaway that makes it easy to navigate the guitar’s upper register.
This model is appointed with a striking black color treatment for the top, along with a lustrous Kona edgeburst for the back and sides, all finished with a full-body gloss.
