Featuring a solid Sitka spruce top with a torrefied roasting process for seasoned warmth and depth, paired with layered walnut back and sides, this guitar delivers a bold, balanced acoustic voice. The ergonomic design includes a beveled armrest for enhanced strumming comfort and a slim Taylor neck that makes fretting easy. Equipped with Taylor’s ES-B electronics and built-in tuner, the Academy 12e offers natural amplified tone ready for stage or recording. With its natural matte finish and compact body, this model combines premium tonewoods, modern playability, and legendary Taylor craftsmanship in one accessible package.
