Introducing a stunning limited-edition take on Taylor’s flagship Grand Auditorium: the Taylor 814ce LTD Cocobolo. This exclusive model pairs a solid Sitka spruce top with richly figured cocobolo back and sides—an exotic hardwood known for its vivid red hues and powerful tonal character. Expect exceptional clarity, sparkling trebles, a vibrant midrange, and enhanced low-end presence, brought to life by Taylor’s new scalloped V-Class bracing for increased warmth, volume, and sustain.
Premium appointments include Taylor’s long-tenon Action Control Neck for superior tonal transfer and micro-adjustability, the advanced Claria electronics system with intuitive mid-contour control, and gorgeous aesthetic upgrades: a radiused rosewood armrest, maple binding with rosewood/black trim, abalone rosette, Element mother-of-pearl inlays, smoked nickel tuners, rosewood pickguard, and a full-gloss finish with a shaded edgeburst on the back and sides. A deluxe brown hardshell case is included.
