Crafted with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, the Special D-28 delivers deep bass, articulate highs, and a balanced midrange – ideal for strumming, flatpicking, or fingerstyle.
Its modified low oval neck profile with a high-performance taper makes it a dream to play, whether on stage or at home. The aesthetics are just as impressive, with mother-of-pearl inlays, a faux tortoise pickguard, and an aging toner top that adds a touch of vintage vibe. A gloss finish on the body and satin on the neck ensures both durability and smooth feel.
