For sale is an absolutely incredible PRS Private Stock Hollowbody II Piezo Gothic in Electric Tiger Glow as featured in Private Stock Friday. This guitar truly is a work of art. The Gothic Private Stock guitars feature a gothic tracery window design up the fingerboard using ebony with mother of pearl purfling and stained curly maple. One of the most unique aspects of this design is the 3 Dimensional effect that is created through a brilliant technique over at PRS. The ebony elements sit on top of the curly maple to create a 3D representation of a cathedral window and pictures do not do this justice..it must be seen and is something PRS has never done before. This is paired with a Gargoyle headstock inlay over curly maple evoking a gargoyle perched atop an old cathedral outlined by the sky. Just a gorgeous design and is unlike anything we've seen from Private Stock. The rest of the build features one of the best quilt maple tops we've ever seen, a grey wash middle wood with matching grainfill, smoked black hardware, and a 12th fret coopers hawk on the neck heel.
