The maple neck's comfortable Modern C profile and 22 medium-jumbo frets make expressive soloing and chording easy. For enhanced playability, this Strat features a two-point tremolo with solid tuning stability and a 9.5" fingerboard radius. With five versatile pickup selections, master volume and tone controls, the Player II Stratocaster HSS Chambered Ash provides a sonically flexible platform for crafting your own signature sound.
Hollow Ash Body Resonates and Sustains
The chambered ash body of the Player II Stratocaster HSS Chambered Ash gives this guitar a natural acoustic resonance while reducing weight. Ash is a dense, rigid wood that produces a clear, balanced tone with piano-like bass, warm mids and shimmering highs. Chambering the body enhances the wood's natural resonance, resulting in impressive sustain and acoustic-like ring. A contoured heel allows easy access to the upper frets. This innovative hollowbody design provides the comfortable, familiar feel of a solidbody Stratocaster with expanded sonic capabilities.
Comfortable Neck and Modern Appointments
The maple neck has a smooth satin urethane finish and contours that comfortably fit your hand. Its Modern C profile strikes a balance between chunky and slim for a feel that suits most playing styles. 22 medium-jumbo frets provide ample space for expressive soloing and chording. Other modern features include a synthetic bone nut, sealed tuning machines, dual-wing string tree and four-bolt F-stamped neck plate. Together with the two-point tremolo, these components give you exceptional tuning stability and a familiar, roadworthy Strat setup.

This guitar's three Player Series pickups include two crisp single-coil Stratocaster pickups in the neck and middle positions as well as a full humbucking bridge pickup.
