This Inspired by Gibson Custom 1959 Les Paul Standard features a mahogany body with an AAA figured maple top, comfortable 1959 rounded profile neck and an aged gloss finish for vintage appeal. It comes equipped with Gibson Custombucker humbucking pickups, vintage-accurate hardware, ‘50s-era electronics and vintage-style accessories for historically accurate detail.
Authentic Design and Premium Construction
Just like the original 1959 Les Paul Standard, the Epiphone Inspired by Gibson Custom version has a solid mahogany body topped with an elegantly carved AAA figured maple cap. The hand-rolled rounded C-shaped mahogany neck and long tenon neck joint provide a comfortable, familiar feel. The aged gloss finish lends vintage character, wearing and relic'ing over time.
