Cole Clark Guitars are premium instruments made with the highest quality solid timber. Many of their instruments are made with an Australian wood called Bunya. Bunya is a light-weight yet strong wood which is identifiable with very light to dark vertical striping. While spruce is a standard wood in many acoustics, it takes several hundred years for the tree to mature. Bunya, however, only takes 60 to 80 years to mature, making it more sustainable for the environment - it's also 18% stronger than spruce.
