1996 Gibson Les Paul 1960 Classic Heritage Cherry Sunburst
This 1960 Classic features a 24 3/4" scale length, solid Mahogany body, Plain Maple top with a bit of figuring to it and cream binding, cream single-ply pickguard with silver debossed "1960" logo, equipped with it's original pair of double black Gibson USA humbucking pickups with ceramic magnets, a 496R in the neck position and a 500T in the bridge position, each pickup has a dedicated volume and tone control, gold "bonnet" knobs, 3-way pickup selector switch with amber switch tip and cream "poker chip" and a chrome ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge with six adjustable steel saddles. The Mahogany neck features a medium sized Slim Taper profile measuring .810" deep at the first fret and .960" deep at the twelfth fret. Width at the nut measures 1 11/16". The bound Rosewood fingerboard features a 12" radius, pearl inlaid trapezoid fret markers and 22 original medium jumbo frets.
